WebEngage (server located in United States of America) is transmitted app/website activity and views for the purpose of enhancing user experience and send email newsletter and mobile notification. In this process, following is transmitted to WebEngage:

• User id which is stored by WebEngage for 1 year
• Email id which is immediately consumed by WebEngage
• Mobile number which is immediately consumed by WebEngage
• Profile information which is immediately consumed by WebEngage
• Web activity which is immediately consumed by WebEngage
• IP address, Device ID, install, uninstall, date-time and Request Id of your request which is immediately consumed by WebEngage

We have concluded a processing agreement with WebEngage. According to this agreement, WebEngage must ensure the protection of our customer data and not pass it on to third parties.

Appsflyer: Appsflyer (server located in Israel) logs your user id for the purpose of enhancing user experience. This is stored for 1 year by Appsflyer

Security of your personal data

We take precautions to ensure the security of your personal information. We ensure that our Website/Mobile is protected by reasonable security measures afforded by current technology, and that all our data hosts and servers are similarly protected by such security measures, including but not limited to firewalls.
